MSpa’s New “Spa Essentials” Membership Card

MSpa International’s exclusive new privilege card for spa goers, Spa Essentials, was launched on Wednesday 20th June 2012 at an elegant cocktail party at Mandara Spa, The Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel and Tower in Bangkok.   The private event, by invitation only, was attended by a host of celebrities and magazine editors, who were welcomed by the General Manager of MSpa International, Lee Stephens, and treated to an evening of luxurious discovery and pampering rewards. 

MSpa International is Asia’s leading spa management company, providing innovative spa concepts, proven business solutions and management strategies to ensure the success of its four spa brands - Anantara Spa, Mandara Spa, Aequalis Spa and The Individually Tailored Spa Collection - comprising over 40 spa operations worldwide in total. 

At the Spa Essentials launch event, an exclusive guest list of media beauty professionals and famous personalities mixed and mingled in style throughout the evening, enjoying beverages of champagne, wine, beer and mocktails, as well as delicious canapés.  A touch of indulgence was offered at the dedicated massage corner, where highly trained therapists from MSpa’s four spa brands pampered guests with mini massages.  While Mandara Spa’s luxurious treatment rooms were decorated to showcase the four unique MSpa brands participating in the Spa Essentials privilege card. 

To celebrate the presentation of such a luxuriously rewarding spa membership scheme, the Spa Essentials launch event offered its prestigious guests chances to win coveted gifts and experiences, from a complimentary stay at Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa, to treatments at any MSpa spa, and sensual products from Elemis and Anantara’s signature collections. 

Launch party guests enjoyed being amongst the first to discover the elite advantages of Spa Essentials.  The one year membership card offers unique opportunities to pursue enhanced health, beauty and wellness, and is designed to reward spa goers with a wealth of complimentary treatments and discount benefits, as well as exclusive access to the best services and facilities.

Upon purchasing MSpa’s new privilege card, guests receive a welcome pack containing 12 certificates for experiences which can be enjoyed at a choice of 13 spas in Thailand; namely Anantara Spas, Mandara Spas, The Spa by MSpa at the Four Seasons Bangkok and the Royal Garden Spa at Pattaya Marriott Resort and Spa, which are all a part of MSpa International.

The certificates that Spa Essentials members receive offer treatments that are valued at more than THB 35,000, yet membership is priced at just THB 15,500, culminating in over a 50% discount on these spa experiences. 

Two complimentary 90 minute treatments invite members to choose any spa therapy to suit their wellness and beauty needs.  An additional two complimentary massages both last 60 minutes and offer a choice of any massage style, excluding only Elemis and signature treatments.  A birthday voucher is also included at a value of THB 4,000, enabling members to indulge in any spa treatment to celebrate their special day.  Card holders receive five 30 minute extensions on any treatment desired, so that they may enjoy even greater benefits.  Adding to the sense of luxury comes a complimentary upgrade to a Spa Suite, as well as a 30 minute steam or bath experience.  For guests who wish to experience their favourite treatment again, a “buy one get one free” certificate offers twice the indulgent pleasures.

Beyond the certificate offers, the Spa Essentials membership card bestows a wealth of tempting discounts throughout the year.  Enjoy a generous 20% discount on all single treatments featured on a spa’s a la carte menu.  A 15% discount is offered on dynamic Elemis treatments and packages.  All retail items and salon services can be purchased at a 10% discount.  The Spa Essentials advantages even extend to family and friends, with a 15% discount available for them on any spa treatment.
